Building inclusive, collaborative environments where people and organizations thrive
Who I Am
I'm someone who believes that the best solutions come from asking better questions. With a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies and a professional background spanning higher education, health equity, and organizational culture, I bring a flexible, evidence-based approach to complex team and leadership challenges.
I've designed and led programs in academic, clinical, and nonprofit settings — from training future healthcare professionals to shaping strategies for equity and inclusion initiatives. But what drives me isn't just the work itself; it's the belief that when we create spaces where everyone can contribute their best thinking, we all benefit.
Whether I'm facilitating difficult conversations, designing organizational change strategies, or speaking about the intersection of culture and performance, I focus on what actually works rather than what sounds good in theory.
